The caching guide was updated and the general grammar reference will be updated later.  

With designer support (TEIIDDES-1488) or other usecases within Teiid for function based index support (such as influencing optimization or reporting through system tables/DatabaseMetaData) we'll round out support with other issues.

The ddl grammar images due to this and other changes will need to be regenerated.
