1) Start up/Shutdown hooks so that Teiid can clean up the status table when deployed or undeployed.
2) Since there is always a row in status table concerning the view in question, the existence of the row irrespective of value (even null) evaluating to true, where a false is expected. So, this is the alternative I found with qualified comparison, but open to change to make it correct.
