Thanks all.  We're using an ESB to proxy Teiid OData services and have to do streaming JSON transformation there for other reasons; mainly rewriting the nextLink URL dynamically.  We're looking forward to Olingo and OData V3 and V4 down the road.  Ramesh, your comment makes sense; we'll inform the consumers of our proxy services to rely on the ReST resource name they're calling.
