Steven Hawkins resolved TEIID-3517.
-----------------------------------
    Fix Version/s: 8.11
                       (was: 8.12)
       Resolution: Done

added a useIntegralTypes option. This will remove some need for erroneous conversions, but we are conservative with the mapping using the precision - so anything over 18 will map to biginteger.
