Beyond the guide there are the javadocs and the quickstarts that are based on embedded.  The javadocs and supplemental api documentation is lacking. Beyond that we need to think about api improvements - such as deprecating the direct usage of creating a Model object in favor of relying on deployment artifacts.

Where are we with TEIID-3825 - as moving forward we may want to promote swarm usage with embedded?
