Transaction error is much more close to TEIID-4758, than this one. This is related entirely to restart of the server or its nodes. 

Also, if load is taking more than 300 seconds, you would need to increase the timeout, but the issue is it not flipping the Status to FAILED_LOAD and leaving it in LOADING then that is an issue, for which you can open an issue.
