For external materialization, there is (among the others) one mandatory property *teiid_rel:MATERIALIZED_STAGE_TABLE* which is not listed in the documentation. Actually, it's listed in second column (Description column) of property *teiid_rel:MATVIEW_AFTER_LOAD_SCRIPT*. It look like formatting issue.
