I have set to Resolve after a long time development due to
* teiid-feature-pack be released with teiid upstream since 9.2.0 Alpha
* teiid-config-api be moved to [wildfly-swarm/teiid-config-api|https://github.com/wildfly-swarm/teiid-config-api], and a released version on maven central [teiid-config-api/1.0.2|https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/developer/org/wildfly/swarm/teiid-config-api/1.0.2/]
* teiid fraction implementation be moved to [wildfly-swarm/fractions/teiid|https://github.com/wildfly-swarm/wildfly-swarm/tree/master/fractions/teiid], the first release version is 2017.4.0.
