For TEIID-4867, this now works:

1. deploy the attached vdb (teiid-4867-vdb.xml)
2. open the browser and navigate to http://localhost:8080/odata4/teiid4867/views/v1?$filter=%20$root%2Fv1(1)%2Fid%20eq%20id


For TEIID-4859

1. deploy the attached vdb (teiid-4859-vdb.xml)
2. open the browser and navigate to http://localhost:8080/odata4/teiid4859/m/v?$format=json

the response says "org.apache.olingo.commons.api.edm.EdmPrimitiveTypeException: The value '1.1' does not match the facets' constraints."
