Now that there seems to be consensus on this approach, the remaining links to gitbook.io need to be updated.  This needs to be completed for:

* the legacy site
* the new site
* teiid quickstarts
* teiid spring boot
* the teiid readme
* teiid embedded examples
* wildfly swarm teiid example
* teiid tools
