[~jstastny] Parsing of the variable is independent in exponential form is independent of precision and scale. The JIRA fixed to allow the exponential variables.  In the case of decimal(11, 2) it means the scale is 11 and decimal is 2. The scale represents the total number of digits. If it is position 10, according to (11,2) it only allows 9 before the decimal.
