Here's what it looks like to expose the metrics https://github.com/shawkins/teiid-openshift-examples/commit/d8cab5d988afa7988ef2145c99bb29be14d28de4  I'll refine the beans, then update the config.  It would be nice if this were all annotation driven.

I'll update prometheus scraping next.
