The core of the issue was that we were not reporting integral_datetime at init time.  That has been added along with time and timestamp binary handling.

This seems to allow basic connectivity, but I do see that the driver is not able to do type conversion - if you use something like GetString on a timestamp it will complain.  Since GetTimeStamp works fine we can look at that later if needed.
