[undertow-dev] Recommended Beta Version

Latest is always better :)

We are currently at Beta14 with Beta15 coming up shortly.
Website needs to be updated someday soon :-) We promise to do it for
GA/Final release if not sooner :)
GA release should be done around same time as WildFly 8 reaches GA status,
which should be month or two.
