[undertow-dev] Build on Windows 7

Hey,

I have no issues with this test on windows 8,
however there is currently failing
MultiPartTestCase.testMultiPartRequestToLarge test on windows.

if you just need to build the server, just do it with -DskipTests and you
should be fine.
