[undertow-dev] JDK6 Support

I think you missed that train for a bit...

In any case, 1.0.x branch is and will stay on JDK6.
Only master is on JDK7 now.
I think that in near future also Jenkins will move to require JDK7 at that
time you will be able to upgrade to Undertow 1.1+.
