[undertow-dev] Undertow statistics

It looks like due to an oversight there is no easy way to get access
to this via the Undertow builder.

The relevant call that is used in Wildfly is
io.undertow.server.OpenListener#getConnectorStatistics, however there
is no way to access this via the Undertow builder. I have created
