Pete,
Instructions are easy to follow and work for the jsf and wicket examples.
The examples/se/numberguess is missing the ant script. For the jsf and
wicket it's worth mentioning to start the application server, as obvious as
it sounds. The instructions almost read as if the restart task will start
the server for them. Including instructions on how to generate Eclipse
project files would be nice to include as it would provide a firm foundation
for future development extending from these examples.
