[webbeans-dev] @PersistenceContext

I added http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/webbeans/ri/trunk/webbeans-ri-spi/src/main/java/org/jboss/webbeans/ejb/spi/EjbResolver.java 
  and http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/webbeans/ri/trunk/webbeans-ri-spi/src/main/java/org/jboss/webbeans/ejb/spi/JpaResolver.java 
  as a first stab at such an SPI.
