[weld-dev] Code Freeze for API 1.0 and TCK 1.0.0.CR7 (was Re: Weld 1.0.0 release schedule)

After extensive testing from Dan and myself on Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss AS  
and Java SE, and Roger testing on GlassFish, I promoted this build to  
the release repo. It will sync to maven central within the hour :-)
