[weld-dev] Latest extensions code

I've now also implemented @Constructs. This did *not* turn out as nice
as I would have liked, since there's no good way to reuse the
containers implementation of stereotypes and defaulting, etc. I'm
going to want to add some things to the portable extension SPI to make
this easier to implement.

We need to get this stuff in svn now.
