[weld-dev] [webbeans-dev] Name change

Oh, and while you're at it Max we have a couple of other JIRA projects 
that need to be renamed also :)

WBX (Web Beans Extensions) needs to become WELDX (Weld Extensions).
WBINT (Web Beans Integration) needs to become WELDINT (Weld Integration).
