[weld-dev] interceptors expected to be implemented via proxying or via subclassing?

The earliest I have is from 20081020 and it just says

"The manager is permitted to return an instance of a manager-generated
subclass of the Web Bean implementation class, allowing interceptor and
decorator bindings."
