[weld-dev] Tests failures

Hmm, well these 4 tests continue to fail on all my machines. I don't
know about incontainer yet, though. These are "out-of-container" TCK
tests, i.e. when you do "mvn test
-Djboss.test.harness.version=1.1.0-SNAPSHOT
-Dcdi.tck.version=1.1.0-SNAPSHOT" on the command line.
