Imo, the page should live where it's easier to track, change, access, ... it.
Current Weld pages should just make sure they link to it.
(where I also consider jboss.org as Weld' (2nd) home)

There has been some good progress, with setting temp/mock migration.
No exact time / date yet for full / real migration.
