[weld-dev] Asciidoc version of Weld Ref doc

Hi Jozef,

It took me longer than I thought (as usual ;) ) but it’s done. I just sent you the PR with the Asciidoc version. I focused my work on obtaining the same content and look and feel in final PDF and HTML doc.
