[weld-dev] Asciidoc version of Weld Ref doc

Hi Antoine,

I was considering this for some time now but never actually got to do 
the migration. Now that you volunteered to do it for us there is nothing 
blocking us from officially switching to Asciidoc for Weld reference 
documentation. Can you create a branch for weld/core with the docbook 
source files replaced by asciidoc ones?
