[weld-dev] Unknown license terms in "weld servlet shaded (3.1.1.Final)"

Hello Kurt,

Weld is licensed under ASL2 as can be seen here - https://github.com/weld/core/blob/master/LICENSE

I've looked into the code history of some of the files you have listed and there was some moving of files between weld projects so following that isn't exactly easy.
I believe the licenses there are just a forgotten leftovers and we should edit them appropriately as they can indeed be confusing.
I've created https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WELD-2599 which aims to fix those licenses for next release (3.1.3.Final).
