Please disregard version 49.  It had an error.  To avoid situations like that in the future, I created a tag.

Someone will need to edit the scm section with it's new home.  I can do that if you let me know where it'll be.

I have never had much luck with maven:release and had to do a few steps manually.  let me know if you find mistakes and I'll correct quickly.
