As seen, you may close this issue, as it runs perfect without any special adjustment.

- You need to run mvn eclipse:eclipse so that your project is correctly configured (Don´t forget the parent pom.xml)
- Run the class as in Run As ... -> Java Application and select org.jboss.weld.environment.se.StartMain 
- Voilá ! The app runs perfectly !
