TransactionalInterceptor class in "branches/1.0" has the following @PreDestroy Method.

  @PreDestroy public void destroy()
   {
      destroyed = true;
   }

This is wrong, it must take InvocationContext. This is corrected in "trunk" but not in "branches/1.0"
