Also, this will allow us to reattach much more reliably to the weld deployment in use, we may even be able to move the notion of a singleton to be internalized. However, given that we still need to initially attach various contexts to our deployment (e.g. JSF, Servlet, EJB invocation contexts). It may make sense to "attach" them once, by storing the deployment id into the context the first time we encounter them.
