[wildfly-dev] error building hal-core, org.jboss.gwt.circuit:circuit-processor:jar:0.0.5 not found

I needed to download and mvn install the following projects
https://github.com/hal/jgrapht
https://github.com/hal/circuit

But building hal/core (mvn -Pdev clean install) throws

Any ideas ?
