[wildfly-dev] Management Parser Versioning

These changes have now been merged.
So for any engineer working on management schema changes for version
4.0.0 you can now just edit the classes with the _4 suffix and ignore
previous versions - the previous versions are in their own forked versions.
Some XML handling was not forked for 4 where changes have been minimal /
non-existent if for any reason we do fine a reason to change those for 4
then we will need to fork them so we do not mix 1, 2, and 3 with 4.
In the future this will make it a lot easier for us to delete versions
1, 2, and 3 in one go without having to unravel the various version
checks to still support 4 and beyond.
