Hi Scott,
I take a mistake inserting my comment in previous mail. My comment was
referring on your point 6 (for which Jesper already provided code)....sorry
I'm not yet used to this Gmail collapse long quoted text "feature".....
Regarding point 7, I agree use-cases from WildFly/Swarm are a good start.
