[wildfly-dev] Fail to compile wildfly 18 since some poms and jars missing

Yes, WildFly's root pom includes that as a repository in its repositories
section:

https://github.com/wildfly/wildfly/blob/18.0.0.Final/pom.xml#L8506

I'm not sure why there is a problem resolving from there; I'm interested in
hearing more.

The upstream picketbox and picketlink projects have been archived and the
project no longer produces releases. Red Hat does produce bug fix releases
for its products and since those are publicly available we decided it's
better to have WildFly consume them than to stay on the old versions.
