If it is just a bug fix I don't see a reason to hold off the component
upgrade now unless are you going to end up with conflicts in your topic
branch?
If it is a new feature it should have been in a 1.11.0 release of JBoss
Modules leaving the 1.10.x releases to continue for bug fixes.
