The problem was an OSGi test with an intermittent hang is embedding AS (a sure fire process). So it hung blocking port 9999, and the cleanup script only kills app server processes. For instance we're experiencing problems with the jenkins-slave5 now and if a PR gets assigned such a machine (4 times in a row) for the AS testsuite run, then it really makes the developer angry.</div></blockquote></div>
