[windup-dev] WU1 runs, WU2 profiling

The separator for packages is colon, not coma.
When I use the right one, jad fails for me, too.
Unlike Jess, I don't know how to fix that.
So I at least wrote few scripts to automate running.

Profiling - my previous session crashed with OOME, twice (I thought 2,5 
GB could be enough) so I set to 6 GB, hopefully that will pass. If not, 
I'm out of hw resources to profile the big apps.
