[windup-dev] Some cleanup

Hi,

I've deleted ~/.m2/org/jboss/windup, and then the build is a bit tricky. 
Doesn't build at once - forge complains about resolving the version of a 
test dependency. I had to set a version. Then I need to build 
graph-parent, which complains about windup-parent. After building these 
extra, everything builds.
This happens with 46ba7f6d5f.

More importantly, I've hit https://issues.jboss.org/browse/WINDUP-75
Can't reproduce, so not sure whether it's on our side or Titan.
