[windup-dev] Could not find artifact org.jboss.windup:windup-distribution:zip:offline:2.3.0-SNAPSHOT in jboss-public-repository-group

This reminds me! I believe I need to update the Wiki documentation [1] 
to talk about the windup-rulesets repository.

Ian, Is there anything else I need to update to prevent confusion for 
others?
