All of the changes are in pull requests, but for the lab, I turned off the FindUnboundJavaReferencesRuleProvider for the time being.

Brad, this is fantastic. When we release a new version of Windup we'll have to get it in there. I assume all of your fixes are now PRs that we should be merging in soon? (Thus they will be in the next release.)
