[windup-dev] nexus-indexer - caching nexus data between builds removed?

I don't think that I understand the issue here. This project is only 
rebuilt whenever we want to publish new artifacts, which should be 
somewhat infrequent.

If you need to store a custom index, it can be stored in the users home 
directory (~/.windup).

I don't see the harm in that?
