[windup-dev] Furnace not auto-including transitional test deps?

It depends on whether or not the transitive dependency is exported or not.
The addon *is* deployed, but you might not have an automatic imported
relationship with it.
"provided" == not exported (your addon won't import this transitive
dependency)
"compile" == exported (your addon will import this transitive dependency)
Think of it just like compilation. Based on the scope in the POM, would
your addon be able to compile against the types in the transitive
dependency? If yes, then it is imported, and it will automatically be
linked in the test. If no, then it is not imported into your test, and you
will need to add an explicit dependency to it.
