[windup-dev] ProblemSummaryService#getProblemSummaries() called twice - cache?

Hi,

I noticed that ProblemSummaryService#getProblemSummaries() is called twice,
CreateIssueSummaryDataRuleProvider and RenderReportRuleProvider.
Maybe it could speed things up if we serialized the result and read it 
in the 2nd rule?
Just an idea.
