[Windup-users] Option to force "YES" on windup questions

The two parameters are "--overwrite" and "--batchMode". This will bypass all questions and override the error about potentially destructive changes.
Keep in mind that if "--overwrite" is specified, anything in the output folder will be deleted at the beginning of processing.
