[dna-dev] Estimates toward completion of 0.2 tasks

I'll be focusing on the documentation for a few days, so I've assigned  
DNA-71 to me.  DNA-152 should be a pretty quick one (it's just using  
the new MIME type detection capability where the Office sequencer has  
a stub).
