[forge-dev] Forge build back to Stable (Hack away!)

Although I can confirm that the latest changes means Forge now works again on Windows 7 (64-bit). Hurrah!

Having said that, it still teases me for using THE WORLD'S MOST POPULAR OPERATING SYSTEM :)
