[Hawkular-dev] new code going in agent master

I've had agent PR#36 ready for a while now: https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-agent/pull/36

I'm going to merge it into master now. This involves the following:

* https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HWKAGENT-5 - create resource configuration properties using new inventory API
* https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HWKAGENT-1 - Support resource hierarchy
* https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HWKAGENT-6 - Create schema for resource types 

With this in master, we'll need the following UI JIRA be completed so everything works end-to-end:

* https://issues.jboss.org/browse/HAWKULAR-546 - store and retrieve resource configuration properties as first-class objects
