[Hawkular-dev] non-snapshot kettle dependencies

I want to release inventory 0.0.2 once this PR lands: 
https://github.com/hawkular/hawkular-inventory/pull/67

I think with that inventory component should be ready for the MVP (of course 
there are UI fixes to accommodate for all the changes but that's external to 
the component itself or even glue).
